 “C” – Cycle 120°C High performance modules using special ceramic sustrate for higher reliability in cycling applications.

Base module + 7%
“H” – Hot 150°C High performance modules with higher operating temperature. Base module + 15%
“D” – High density 120°C High performance modules with higher cooling power. At 50% I(max) a COP of almost 1.
For longest lifetime the recommended operating temperature is max. 90°C.
