 “R” – Reliance 90°C High performance modules with a minimal of 60.000 cycles ON/OFF cycling mode (cycle time = 60/60 seconds). Contact us
 “C” – Cycle 120°C High performance modules using special ceramic sustrate for higher reliability in cycling applications.

Base module + 7%
“H” – Hot 150°C High performance modules with higher operating temperature. Base module + 15%
“SN” – Standard 232 120°C High performance modules with higher soldering temperature (180°C instead of 130°C). Base module + 5%
“CH” – Cycle + Hot 150°C High performance modules with higher operating temperature for cycling applications. Base module + 22%
“DH” – Hot + High density 150°C High performance modules with higher operating temperature and cooling power. Base module + 15%
